GradesK-4 Students in grades K-4 focus on proper form and technique to improve hand-eye coordination by playing boccie ball, bowling, horseshoes, basketball, and paddles with whiffle balls, scoops and beanbags. They work on improving fitness through variety of strength and endurance activities incorporating running, plyometrics, push-ups, and sit-ups through fun games and fitness stations. Students also engage in jump rope and Chinese jump rope for rhythm and endurance. Students find opportunities to practice foot-eye coordination through soccer, the agility ladder, and obstacle courses. Our annual third grade dance show provides students with the opportunity to practice teamwork, rhythm, dance, and courage as they perform in front of the student body.
